Description
Ghavan is a traditional breakfast recipe from Konkan region of Maharashtra. Traditionally, these are made out of brown rice flour, a pinch of salt, jeera and water to form this batter and immediately these are cooked out like dosas.
Ghavan is similar to neer dosa Recipe from Mangalore the only difference is the variety of rice used. Ghavan is often served during festivals and is filled with coconut and jaggery to make a sweet recipe.
